    My Dell was destroyed by viruses, worms, trojans, and who KNOWS what else!! In 3 hours Truong had everything saved onto an external HD, and restored EVERYTHING to as good as new!! He pretty much gave me a brand new computer for $90. AMAZING!!

    I have a Gateway laptop less than 2 years old that wouldn't boot up. I brought it to Truong and he had the hard drive backed up and my computer running again in a little less than two hours at a cost well below what it would have cost for the Geek Squad. I'm very happy with the service provided. Truong is very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what he fixed. If you want quality affordable pc repair the IT Guy is it. I've been recommending him to everyone.

    I had trouble with my computer this winter, in that my CD drive stopped working when I fell off my bicycle last summer and landed on my laptop (!) Truong Nguyen, aka The IT Guy, helped me out in a wonderfully personal way. He actually drove through the cold, snowy weather and came to my home and to replace my CD drive, all for a fraction of the Mac store in Roseville quoted. Truong was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with.

    There are only a few things in life that work really well (e.g. Macs, Tivo, Snap-On Tools), and now I can add the IT Guy to the list! Truong works out of his home in St Paul, and is even willing to come to your site, if you wish. Like he did with me, he's also willing to let you buy the part, which means that the parts cost is a fraction of what it would be if you went to the manufacturer. I recommend the IT Guy's computer repair services 100%!

    5 STARS! Truong deserves serious consideration for any work needed on computers that still have a 'life.' After being told I should junk our family i-book by another computer guy, I persevered in searching for reasonable repair/replacement of the hard drive.

    The Guy was IT! I write this recommendation on our i-book as it sits on my lap and am grateful for the honest and professional service Truong provided. He saved us $ and allowed the 3R's--this computer won't be placed in a landfill for years to come! Go IT Guy! :-)

    Truong got me up and running with a new hard drive in my G5 in just a couple days! I was really impressed with his knowledge. He took care of getting the hard drive, installing it and also getting OS X software reinstalled so that I was all up and running when I got my computer back. I would definitely recommend him to anybody with computer problems. Well worth it!!‎

    I had almost given up trying to fix my Dell computer. The wireless system just didn’t work, no matter what adapter I used. Truong is the only of three computer guys that took the time to determine the original wireless adapter worked fine; it was the computer’s software that had a problem. He did a complete system restore and updated the necessary drivers, and all is well!
    If you’re looking for a professional, straightforward, extremely knowledgeable computer tech, go with Truong, “The IT Guy!

    I was feeling really frustrated because my Apple iMac crashed and it’s not even 3 years old. The Apple dealer told me it would be $200 + $85 labor to install a new hard drive and, if I was interested in trying to recover the data, I’d have to take the computer to Eden Prairie (data recovery company) first before they’d be able to swap out the hard drive. I found Truong using Google and he was AMAZING! He’s so nice & polite and really explains things well. He was able to install a new hard drive, an external hard drive (both with twice the memory of the old one), the newest operating system software and some necessary programs—for about the same price as what Apple would charge for the hard drive ALONE. His price also included his labor and travel fees. I would recommend Truong to anyone who needs help with their computer……he was really great to work with and got me ‘up and running’ in less than 24 hours after my initial call to him. Thanks so much, Truong!

    My Gateway PC was in a horrible condition before I decided to give Truong (The IT Guy) a chance. I had spoken with several other computer repair businesses, and their estimate fee alone to diagnose the problem was outrageous. So I was pleasantly surprised by The IT Guy’s guarantee that if he couldn’t fix it, I wouldn’t have to pay. Luckily, he did fix it though – and at a fraction of the cost. My computer was running Windows and had been infected with a virus and a lot of malware and spyware programs. I called him up and scheduled an appointment the same day (keep in mind I live about 50 minutes from the Twin Cities). Before I knew it, the two-month long nightmare of dealing with my computer had been solved. I really appreciated Truong’s friendliness and patience explaining what the problems were and what he did to fix them. My computer now runs faster than ever. I’d recommend The IT Guy to anyone who wants friendly, fast service!

    Just a note to thank you for responding so quickly and resolving my computer issues. I was receiving thousands of emails on some type of “loop” that Comcast IT could not resolve. Comcast finally said it must be the router and to purchase a new one. Thanks to you – the router never left the box. What Comcast could not identify in 7 hours you corrected in 1 hour. I am recommending you to all my family and friends. Thanks for your good work.

    Computer problems and the time and expense of resolving them is something I have a very low tolerance for. Truong your ability to quickly analyze and inexpensively repair our computers is greatly appreciated. Your recent repair of my laptop that I plugged into a 240 volt outlet on our overseas trip is a case in point. The geek squad’s analysis fee was $75 and their repair estimate was $150 to $350. In one trip to our home you repaired the laptop for much less than what would have cost with the Geek Squad. Thank you !
